+ 01. WHAT IS THE KUTISKIN WAREHOUSE MEMBER PROGRAM?
This Membership program gives you access to purchase large discounted product bundles each month that include FREE Shipping.

YOU WILL BE GIVEN A 20-DAY MEMBERSHIP TRIAL BEFORE YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED. DURING THIS TRIAL PERIOD YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CREATE AN ORDER CONSISTING OF MEMBER BUNDLES (Warehouse Bundles are exclusive to all Members). IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND BELIEVE THIS IS NOT A BENEFIT YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT BEING CHARGED THE ANNUAL FEE
+ 02. WHAT IS THE ANNUAL WAREHOUSE MEMBERSHIP FEE?:
The Annual Warehouse Membership fee is marked on the Membership signup form and is taxable when purchased from Canada. Please note that if the Membership Fee increases it will take effect January 1 of the following year or upon your next Membership renewal (whichever is soonest).
+ 03. HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
To become a Member you must complete the purchase of an ANNUAL WAREHOUSE MEMBERSHIP.
+ 04. HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASING THE MEMBERSHIP DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN PURCHASE A WAREHOUSE MEMBER BUNDLE?
Once you have purchased the Annual Warehouse Membership you will be emailed within 24-hours with the necessary information allowing you to purchase the Warehouse Member Bundles.
+ 05. WHY CAN I NOT SEE THE WAREHOUSE MEMBER BUNDLES?
You must have an active Annual Warehouse Membership plus you must be logged into your Member Profile to view and purchase the Warehouse Member Bundles
+ 06. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS TO THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?
Besides the fact that you must purchase an ANNUAL WAREHOUSE MEMBERSHIP to become a Member, the only restrictions are: 1) Members are allowed to only purchase 2-Member Bundles maximum in each monthly order; 2) Members can only purchase ONE order DURING each month; and 3) a Member can not combine regular retail items with a Warehouse Member Bundle within the same order.
+ 07. WHY WAS I CHARGED A SHIPPING FEE, YOU DESCRIBE IT AS BEING FREE??
KutiSkin gives free shipping on all Warehouse bundle purchases. You will notice during the purchasing process that you will see the default "Warehouse Member Free Delivery - Free" option selected AND you will also see the "Canada Flat Rate Shipping" option displayed. Please note that only one option can be selected.

If you decide to change this free-option to a paid-option, the shipping fee will be charged and you will not be refunded.

Although we will do our best to catch and correct this mistake, please keep in mind that we have many shipments being prepared each day and it is very difficult to notice this error.
+ 08. WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER TWICE IN ONE MONTH?
If a Member submits a second Order during that same month, regardless of the bundle amount purchased of the first Order, the second Order will be cancelled before posting to the payment process.
+ 09. CAN I COMBINE REGULAR ITEMS WITH MY WAREHOUSE MEMBER BUNDLES WITHIN THE SAME ORDER?
Unfortunately, Warehouse Member Bundles can not be combined with Regular Items in the same Order. Although they are the same products, the greatly discounted amount of the Warehouse Member Bundles plus the included free-shipping given does not allow for this combination.
Please note that possibly due to computer limitations you may be able to mix a warehouse bundle with a regular item. If this occurs your order will be cancelled.  
+ 10. HOW DO I CHANGE MY HOME ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION?
Changes to your house address and phone number can only be made by logging into your Member profile
+ 11. I CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
If your email address changes, please use our Contact Form to email our Customer Care Department and we will make the necessary arrangements.
+ 12. I HAVE FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
If you forgot your password, at the Login screen please select the 'Forgot your password?' and follow the instructions.
+ 13. HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?
You will be emailed 30-days before your Membership expires. In order to renew your Membership, follow the email instructions of renewing. You will receive confirmation within 48-hours of renewing.
+ 14. I WANT TO SELL YOUR PRODUCTS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We do appreciate your interest in selling our products as we are always seeking ways to expand our distribution network. If you are someone who would like to sell to their friends and family please take this opportunity to add additional pocket money to your income. We are always searching for bright, energetic individuals to represent us.

Please ensure you read the WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS page. If you are still interested with selling please let us know as we are compiling a list of distributors that sell from their home. With your permission, we plan on posting your location and email address. The intent of this is to try to increase your sales by advertising your location so that others who would like to purchase small amounts (i.e. 1-item) can contact you.
+ 15. CAN I RETURN THE WAREHOUSE MEMBER BUNDLES?
Unfortunately, Warehouse Member Bundles may not be returned or exchanged for another product. Although they are the same products as our regular inventory, the greatly discounted amount does not allow for returns and as such Member Purchases are not included in our ‘RETURNS-REFUNDS POLICY’. If you are purchasing a product for the first-time, please purchase through the regular store process so you can gain the benefits of this refund policy.

+ 16. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RUN OUT OF INVENTORY?
Very good question... Available inventory is difficult to manage due to the unpredictable buying habits of our Members. We certainly encourage all Members to take advantage of buying to their limit each month to either share with their family/friends or sell the product to give them additional spending money.

Although we keep large volumes of inventory plus have frequent shipments arriving from the manufacturer, there may be times when there is no inventory. If you do experience a situation where we are not able to fulfil your Order due to lack of inventory for a Warehouse Member Bundle, KutiSkin will: 1) honour your purchase for that month (even if the Order is delivered the following month) plus; 2) we will give you a 10% discount coupon to be used on your next month purchase for the unfortunate delay that we have caused you.
