Please note that regardless of which skincare product you try, unless you are having a negative skin reaction (i.e. rash, burning, etc.) you should continue using for at least 8-weeks before giving up. As long as you consistently use the product 'As Directed on Package' and stay away from direct sunlight, you should See Results in the First 2-3 Weeks.
- ▼+ 01. INITIATE YOUR RETURN:
- You can initiate your Return by sending an email using our Contact Form with the subject Order Status or Order Returns. Tell us the problem and you will receive a response within 48 hours. Please forward the following information otherwise we will have to request:
- We need enough information that will allow us to locate your order in our sales history.
- The more details you tell us the quicker we will be able to help you. Please include your full name and your KutiSkin Order Number. Also please be sure to use the correct email address within the Contact Form so that we can communicate with you.
- If the refund request is due to damages during shipment, please forward pictures of the damaged item including the packaging if possible. We need this information to file a claim against the courier.
- If the refund request is due to the product not working, please give a brief explanation of why the product did not fulfil your needs or meet your expectations. This will allow us to use this opportunity to give feedback to the manufacturer with the intent of eventually improving the product or creating a new product.
- If the refund request is due to the product being defective as you have purchased this product before, please give a brief explanation so we can use this opportunity to improve our processes to ensure others will not experience your disappointment.
- Your Returns to KutiSkin are Risk-Free, we will email you a mailing label
- Please be aware that you must notify us prior to sending any Items back so that we have the opportunity to send you a return-label.
Note: Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will not be given a credit for the return postage.
- ▼+ 02. BASIC KUTISKIN RULES:
- The following are some basic rules we follow:
- Returns will be accepted only if the product is returned within 60-days after the delivered date.
- We will, on a case-by-case basis, give a longer Money-Back-Guarantee for special circumstances.
- Your shipping of the Return will be totally free.
- KutiSkin will cover all courier costs necessary to return the product and if requested, to ship a replacement to you.
- If you return the product without our knowledge, we will not credit you the return postage so please give us the opportunity of sending to you a prepaid postage label.
- If the product is either defective or damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately
- We genuinely want to replace that product for you and will happily arrange an exchange.
- Refunds will be made promptly upon receiving the returned product back into our warehouse.
- Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your product(s).
- Please be sure to pack the product(s) carefully to ensure there is no damage in shipment
- The original Order courier charges are paid directly to the courier company and as such we are unable to give a refund for the 'shipping fee' that you paid when ordering the item.
- If your return is due to our mistake such as incorrect product or defective product, the shipping is on us.
- Warehouse Member Purchases have limited coverage under this policy as we do not give Refunds relating to a product not working as expected. If you are purchasing a product for the first-time, please purchase through the regular store process so you can gain the benefits of this full refund policy.
- We will not refund any: credit card fee; third party payment fee; or duty/taxes you may have accepted during the original Order
- If we are unable to provide a replacement due to lack of inventory, we will provide the full value of the returned product.
- Refunds will be made in the same payment-method and currency used for the original purchase.
- If the Item was originally purchased with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the credit card of the same card number.
- If the original purchase was made by personal cheque or Western Union, the refund will be issued by a KutiSkin’s company cheque and addressed to the same name that is on the original Order.
